Our Codes of Conduct
Standart Cıvata Rules for Business Ethics may be summarized under 8 titles.
- We work in a safe working environment disallowing discrimination and by showing respect to personal rights of each other.
- We use Company sources efficiently.
- We avoid conflict of interest.
- We follow the competition rules determined by laws and compete with our competitors without destroying market conditions.
- We pay attention on customer satisfaction and always behave susceptibly and honestly to our customers and consumers.
- We pay regard in social interest in all our activities and pay respect to the environment.
- We adopt a style of life which does not create a negative opinion about the company both in the workplace and in our social life outside and which is not contrary to the rules of the society we live in.
- We perform our activities within the framework of laws and the rules procedures bring. All Standart Cıvata employees sign a letter of undertaking on acknowledgement of these rules being deemed as a part of the “Internal Regulations of Workplace”, “Internal Regulations on Occupational Health and Safety” and “Discipline Regulations” and “Codes of Conduct of the Workplace”.
Employees are obliged to know, understand and apply the principles in the Codes of Conduct. Standart Cıvata’s Codes of Conduct are valid for all employees.
